Hi all,
I'm thinking about picking up a California Air Tools 10gal. 2HP air compressor that does 5.2CFM at 90psi.
I have a 20x20 garage. Very limited space. This compressor would only be used for occasional both breaking and home improvement projects.
I see a bunch of 450+ft. Lbs. Impacts that only require 5.5-5.9CFM. Take the Dewalt at Lowe's for example.
How short am I cutting myself going with a smaller compressor?
I will be doing trim work, tires, and other little jobs with it so I feel like the size is an OK compromise for the garage. I know it will run more and that could slow me down but I have two electric impacts too.
Thoughts?
Thanks.
