I love the fan! I looked at that one for my out door kitchen project I still have yet to fininsh. Only problem I had it that it is not out door rated.

You did an excellent job with that space. I like the choice of colours too. It flows very well. Nice work!

Wow! What a difference, great job. You got alot of stuff in a little space and you still have all kinds of open space.

I love the fan to!! That thing is probably the nicest fan I have ever seen. I have a fan in the roof of my garage, but it is just a normal white indoor ceiling. I was planning on ditching it, but now this gives me ideas!! Were did you find something like that?

That is an excellent job!! Looks like part garage and part home office -- very good design in maximizing space! You should be proud, that is good work.

Looks way cool. I need a month or so of two day weekends to finish mine. I'm going to try and get the rest of the Garage Deck tiles down this weekend.

Thanks for the replies.

what do you think you spent total on this project? I am not 100% sure but roughly $ 3500.

Where did you find the fan/light/fan combo? Bought at Lowes @ $ 160.00

Where in jersey are you? Wayne / North Jersey

where did the snowblower and bikes go? Put up a shed out in the back

Is that your wifes Pt Cruiser? No / since I am pushing 280 HP in the convertible / Been a PT Cruiser Addictic since 2001 / my daily driver is also a GT both turbos

Here's a pic of the cars

More power to you on that one. Even if they made 1000hp I wouldn't drive one by choice haha.

Rental was from the Dodge house. They told me they pretty much couldn't give them away so they turned them into rentals.

I have a 45 k gas Big Maxx heater. A little oversize for my garage. But the heater from Northern Tools was much cheaper than a 30k. Had to put in a Ranco thermo so it would not cycle so much. Got the info here on the thermo from one of the members who was using it.

Got the thero here:

here's some closeups

Nice looking garage. What do you think of your Craftsman hose reel? I've thought of getting one of those myself, but there are quite a few negative reviews on Sears website regarding that product.

I purchase the reel before I saw the reviews and before I mounted it. So I was a little concern. But I don't think its that bad. It works well coming out. Going in gives a little bit of trouble. I probably use it once a week but if I use it every day I would get something better.

Good to know. I'll keep my eye on it for a sale price - currently $79.

That is a kickass little single-car garage! Looks very efficient.

I, too, am a PT fan! Owned an '03 PT GT, then got an '06 Touring Convertible. Both were/are the wife's car(s). The '03 was black, and the '06 is Cool Vanilla.

Hey NJSteve,
Thanks for the response about the heaters. I'm here in NY, a bit chilly and need to add one.

From the Chinook fan to the MoPa clock, that is a really neat little space.

Congratulations on the trophies - what are they for ?

What's the mesh on the lower panel of the interior door for - from the scratch marks on the door - maybe some sort of animal control ?

Congratulations on the trophies - what are they for ? Trophies are for the 2001 PT that I use to own and a few for the convertible at various car shows.
