Wright Tool 51719MM 12-Point Metric Box End Wrench

I wish Wright sold a set of these wrenches instead of all individually, I would buy them now. Wrench is a replacement for the one my white trash neighbor kid walked off with.

While the kid might of been subpar, at least he knows good tools:thumbup:

'The Kid" lifted my Master Mechanic (True Value hardware house brand) 17mm combo that came in set I bought in 1985 when I worked there. Nothing special about the stolen wrench and it just use to hang on a nail in my garage. I kept it there for doing oil changes on my car.

Another tool that I did not know existed prior to reading about them on GJ and I could not think of a better way to spend some Amazon gift cards from work. Now I just need to find an excuse to use it :D

I have that same ratchet in the Blackhawk 34950R form. Its a great ratchet for spark plugs on Ford aluminum heads were they only give you 2 or 3 threads to work with. You can snug it down with the twist of the handle and it pretty well prevents you from stripping those threads out.

I have that same one also. I purchased the Facom one in 3/8 after seeing a video of it more than a year ago and than about a month later I saw the Stanley one at Walmart for 1/4 of the price. I now have both and Love them! By the way both the Facom and Stanley are made in Taiwan and they look ALMOST, not quite identical. Of course the handle shapes and colors are different as well as the release button.

Famous last words! How much did the stubby torx bits run you?

$145 on Ebay

I'm sure you are! Not because you're out of money. Your box won't hold anymore!!:lol_hitti

There's a lot of truth to that  I don't really need anything else, I have all the tools I need to do my job quickly so :dunno: Just buy the odd tool here and there that I need to do specific jobs. As I work up to journeyman there will be other tools I need to buy too but I'm pretty well set for now.

This is over the last 3 months, so not all at one time. Lots of stuff was bought over the winter during the "sale" months and a lot over ebay.

Craftsman Offset Box End 7 Metric and 5 Standard wanted these since 2 years ago, but never found a USA set. Missed out on the Industrial set deal a month or two ago. USA NOS

I had to do a deck job over christmas for my parents, replacing rotted wood, This would of saved me a lot of time dealing with angled nails for balusters.

This was at my home depot over christmas for around 28 dollars. I have always wanted a leatherman, but wanted the Wave. However I didn't want to spend $80 for something I might not like (multi-tools are sorta hit or miss for me). This is sorta similar and for the price can't be beat. I use it rather daily now. Want to save up for a TTI model.

Got these at Advanced to fulfill $75 free shipping. Made in China but they are the stubbiest stubbys I've seen.

Got this for free from a co worker who was getting out of the shipbuilding business, it's a 15 in model.

I saw these 2 years ago at HD and wanted them, but could never find them again, I saw them over the season for around $20 and I picked them up

Got this for free as well (battery terminal spreader pliers for those who don't know) I used to use something like this daily working as mechanic, when I worked on cars. Great for marine style terminals.

Had $10 in points over december and picked this up, I've used one similar once for a rusty nut, I really don't need this, but whatever its shiny.

The top two were sold as a set for 25 during christmas, the bottom one was on clearance at my HD for $20 after the holidays.

I bought this last week, seeing as its still on sale for $69 at my HD. I don't need anything like this, but heard its good drying cars, which I do a lot in the warmer weather.

Picked these up at various HD around my parents house, the smaller ones 4/5 are had from ACE $5 deal, All of these made in USA except craftsman, which is made in Slovakia…sorta strange, but they seem better built than the quick grip or harbor freight ones and were on sale at my sears.

This went back on sale for 14 at my HD recently. It went up to 16 for about 4 weeks. Which was too much for me, I didn't need it, but I like collecting bottle openers. And the BO itself is around $9. The screwdriver works pretty well and the first ratcheting screwdriver that I liked. the long bits are really great for length, but don't seem very tough. I used to have a Snap-on, and I still want a snap-on. But that will have to wait.

Wanting to get into wood working someday, and heard these are hard to find new MADE IN USA. So I bought the last pair at a local ACE. I paid too much probably, but they are stout and clamp the **** out of anything.

This went on sale for $50 at my HD and they had two left, I figured what the heck it has a free battery with it too. I used it today to clean up some rusty items. Works well!

Last, but not least…Actually one of the best things I've bought. Is the M-12 Heated Jacket. This thing gets pretty warm once you start working, and is nice when you just need something to keep you warm. I work near the waterfront and the wind gusts are what get me. I can stand the cold, but the wind is unbearable, this helps a lot. It's really warm even without the heat on. I noticed the sleeves are a bit small for the size. I wear a medium and it fits just right in the chest and length, I wear a 42R in jackets and its right around that area. The sleeves however are about an 1/2 inch shorter than most of my other jackets, columbia and north face. I don't mind and actually prefer shorter sleeves, but this might bug a lot of people that have longer arms. I'm happy I bought it, I didn't pay full retail as I bought it off an ebay seller who had them discounted around $80 at the time.

EDIT: had a lot of issues with the pics, apologies for excessive editing.

Made in USA Craftsman nut drivers at the local Ace hardware store. Only bought three for hose clamps. I did notice that all the loose/individual combo wrenches they had for sale were also made in USA.

Stopped at HD a few towns over today and they had one of the Dewalt table saws on clearance for $150 so I got it and this Dewalt 20v impact. My store doesn't have the impact.
