I have something very similar that I like a lot. The problem I ran into was sizing as they seem to make them for the everyday average socket set. Example, metric 3/8 drive, holder goes from 8mm to 19mm and I have them up to 24mm. I can't fault them, it makes a ton of sense to make them the way they do.

This is my problem. I really want (more of) them...'bout to get the bandsaw and epoxy out and go to town.

3/8" goes BIG in my box.

Shoot....so does 1/2".

funny i bought these from matco, hoping they work in my field service truck.. the hole diameter is way bigger than my sockets i used them once and my sockets were all over. the magnet is not strong enough for a field serve truck. but if you were to use them in a shop box they will work fine. matco sells green and red holders.

They are great for 1/4 inch drive I use them to hold my 5-15mm since I do not use 4mm that much

But my 3/8 set 6mm-26mm I use a 12 and 8 inch vim magrail that works the best

I have a few from Snap On and Matco. I like them for some of my smaller swivel socket sets or torx and Allen sockets. But most of my regular chrome and impact sockets are in Hansen trays. Which I like for easy size ID at a quick glance.

I use the MTS for my 1/4" metrics. I absolutely love it. Simple to grab on the go and since i'm not very good at eyeing up a size, i can just grab the entire set. I may try one of these since the price is a lot cheaper for my next one.

See my review here. I agree with everybody else.

I like the model 380. It's a staggered row for 3/8. I also like the universal for swivels and bit sockets. But this 3/8 model is really disappointing.
