I don't know how I would take this. Gosh honey thank you so MUCH. I have wanted one forever. While she is thinking, "ya, what you get me? If I don't like it, I have the weapon already bought! Nice hammer!

Estwing makes a leather grip ball peen hammer?!?! I didn't know that. My local Home Depot carries Estwing, but I've never seen one with a leather wrapped handle. Maybe I need to take another look.

NOTE OF CAUTION:
This does not mean that you should buy her a vacuum cleaner or other such appliance for her "shop." LOL!

That's a cool Valentine's Day gift. A 20 oz leather stack rip claw Estwing is my favorite all around hammer. I'd rather get one of those than the typical card/candy gift any day!

Ha ha ha . . . .

My wife MADE ME bring her to Walmart to get a new Vacuum for Valentine's Day. We actually went twice - because on Friday night the line was OUT THE DOOR with people buying food for the weekend.

No lines on Sunday afternoon though . . . .

In the finest GJ tradition - no pic's didn't happen . . .

Saw one int he clearance rack of the SEARS in the Eastern Hills Mall, Clarence NY a few months ago for $10. There were a few different types of quality hammers all made in USA for the same price at that time.

For someone who uses it everyday I agree but that leather handle looks so nice I would hang it on my wall in my house as art!

Nice tool!

The handle made up of individual leather washers slid up on the shank will slowly wear and conform to your hand as you use it. After many years my dad's Malco hammers fit his hand like a glove.

You could always pin a heart to your shirt and say, "Happy Valentines Day. I've got a heart on for you." Nah, maybe not. LOL
