This appears to be government liquidation and is used.
Im guessing YMMV as to condition.

Just a note:
The flat rate shipping option seems reasonable.

Sure it's not but it's still (used but still) SO at likely less than Sears open stock price, so great if you need that size for a pieced together set.

The only reason I wouldn't purchase is due to not being able to warranty it. It should have a different part number for being military. Still a great deal though and worth it if you need the size and are willing to chance the condition of the wrench

It's an OEX28B. That is not a military part number. I see no reason that it would not be covered under warranty.

That is tempting... My mix and match old wrench set is old Craftsman and old Proto, with a no name Taiwan 7/8" and a Sears Japan 7/16". I already have a random 7/16" MAC, so I might just have to bite on this one to make it a fully USA set...

EDIT: Shipping and tax jumping it up to $18 for one wrench is kind of a deal killer for me, at least for a mix and match home set.

Got mine today... ordered two, both appear near new. If you don't need FDP I give this deal a thumbs up if there are any left. OEX28B and no gov't markings.

I ordered one and it looked new. Also ordered one of those torque adapters, it was rusty, had an engraving, and it was half inch drive :spit:. Not really irritated for the money
