Does anybody have any information on this compressor? I have tried searching and came up empty, The pump says made in Italy and it is two-stage. It just says Classic Compressor on the side.

It is what it is. The Italian made pump is fairly common on economy compressors, but apparently is a decent quality item. Companies make compressors by piecing parts together.

It's a Chinook pump. Pretty simple and lasts. Easy to fix.

Yes, I believe it's a Chinook K-30, which is used by Belaire and Snapon compressors. After scouring the interwebs, I can't find a bad thing said about it.

A steal for $300 - the pump alone would cost you over twice that amount.

Good I'm glad to hear it, I bought it and so far it's a huge upgrade to my single stage 60 gallon box store compressor.

Sure looks to be a Chinook. BelAire uses what used to be Balma or ABAC pumps, which now are under the Atlas Copco umbrella.
