Mine would be my grip rite mini palm nailer. I have used this little guy for everything from 4" spikes, joist hanger to shingle nails in a tight spot.

That's good to hear since I picked one up for $9 last night at home depot. The packaging was damaged but nothing wrong with the nailer.

i no longer have it and can't for the life of me remember the brand but it was just like this little SK but instead of 9mm it was 10mm... so insanely handy to have in my pocket

I really should be a salesman for this..........I'd estimate it's saved me several hundred, if not thousands of dollars in drill bits, router bits, spot-weld bits and the like.

How about 3 things?

I use this all the time... Doesn't work so well on plaster/lath due to the irregular surface, but anything even remotely smooth it saved me tons of time..

I recently picked up a Samsung Note 4 and I use the s pen constantly to take notes, and of course all the other apps.. I can't remember the last time I took notes on paper..

At my old shop I was borrowing this tool daily, so I bought it for $13. It is surprisingly strong and can fit into a lot of places. It is still one of my most used tools.

I got this Blue Point mag tool with a bunch SO sockets and wrenches from an old tech's widow. Despite the other stuff being very useful, this was one of the things I was most excited about. It's the strongest mag pickup tool I've ever used. No joke: it can pick up a pipe wrench. At my old shop, people were always accidentally dropping tools and fittings for our flush machine into the 500 gallon reclaimed oil tank. I was able to retrieve all of them with this. Works great for when you drop a $50 tool into a frame rail.

I use it for all kinds of weird things. A mini-prybar for one. I use it to help remove small hoses that are too stuck to pull off by hand. I use it a lot to remove plastic push rivets and clips. I find more weird uses for that tool than anything else.

It's called a "skin wedge" -- it's traditionally used to pry or separate two pieces of sheet metal.

Very useful for all sorts of prying situations even if you don't actually work on airplanes for a living.
