Plus, at least on mine, the newer ezred style constantly binds up under torque. I can't wait to be rid of them. My matco gigantic wrenches will be here monday.

Yeah I gave the EZ Reds away. I like the Platinums, never had a problem. I like the new gearwrenchs more though, the non-ratchet end and extra length helps out a lot.

The matcos are in the newest flyer, that's why I went that route. It was between that and the 120xps. Non ratcheting box on one end, flex spline ratcheting on the other.

Picked up last week some harbor freight extra long and thick striking screwdriver. So far the best item from harbor freight. And a cheapy screwdriver to make a toyota brake shoe spring tool.

who made them?

Performax by Menards. They are pretty good. Magnet is decent and doesnt move around. They dont take up much space either and you can swap the socket holders around. That way if you have a full set of torx that is in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" you can have them all on one rail.

The puller I actually got a few weeks ago, but just recently had the chance to use it for the first time. I REALLY love it. Its great for pulling or just holding pressure wile tapping down a high spot. Its really worth every penny.

The 1/4 inch, bit combo thing was on the impulse shelf on the Snap-On truck.

Found a killer deal on a bunch of armstong and matco today. Everything is brand new! Best part I only paid 200 for all off it. I will be keeping a few ratchets and selling the rest. I will post stuff here in the classifieds after I get 50 posts.

13 armstrong 1/4 ratchets and 2 3/8 armstong ratchets

2 sets of matco metric long pattern combination wrenches both 8mm-19mm

Armstrong 1/4 socket ans rail set

16 piece gearwrench ratcheting wrench set

SGDP31IRBG, THR72, PPC203, and some Efficient Velo Tools pedal adapters.

The Tune Spurtreu bicycle stem-wheel alignment tool.

It rests on the stem and handlebar and points a laser perpendicular to both down onto the tire, which can be used to align the front wheel to the stem (assuming a properly installed, trued and dished wheel).
