My only problem with Gearwrench is their abysmally slow warranty replacement. I have a 15mm flex head ratcheting I sent them on Feb 18th and still do not have a replacement yet. Should have bought it from Advance Auto instead of Amazon. My dumb.

I know your pain. It's 1.5hrs to a Sears and 3hrs to Harbor Freight for me. So buying online is the best option and hope you don't need the warranty.

After using these for a while, I probably wouldn't buy them again if I could. I much rather get a set that has a locking flexhead with reversibility.
