Floor sander?? Can I use it on concrete?

I have not seen it in person, so know nothing about it. Want to know what you all think about using this machine to sand some oil stained floors in garage. I am going to be epoxy coating my floors in new shop and someday in 2 1/2 car garage. Pretty sure this is just for wood floors, but can someone buy different kind of setup that will fit on it? Anyone have a clue?

My brother used a hardwood floor finisher type sander from home depot, it uses the round sanding pads, on his son in law's basement concrete floor to smooth it before laying down vinyl tile. The Aluminum oxide disks worked like a charm.
