just had to say Snap-on's warranty is very seamless and easy to deal with.

i had , 1 -rubber mallet that was cracked

a few punches ,and 7 sockets .

i had them all packed up and ready to ship to them.

But after talking to her and giving her the part numbers she said
it wasnt required to send old stuff back to them.

very pleased.

Very easy process the customer number is -

Its good you've had a that experience.

I always try to leave out if I was not required to return a tool, if a company says not to bother. Just incase dishonest people from the internet read what I've said and try and take that as a chance to scam an honest company that provides good service.

I agree. I contacted them online about the switch lever on a ratchet having broken off. They mailed me a re-build kit, no questions about it.

for the cost of postage those things could have replaced by harbor freight you know...:FIREdevil

i did not have to pay postage .

if the tool needs to be shipped to them , they send a prepayed label to you.

i stay away from the harbor freight junk hammers.

never had luck with them

They do track your phone number, email, name, and address so it's not a free-for-all.

yea thats a good thing cause im sure people would be calling asking for replacements to something you never had .

i would guess the next time i would be required to send the broken tools in.

I know... I was kidding. Wanted to say it before someone else did. On topic, i've always had good luck with my drivers warrantying things for me. good to know that service goes up the ladder.

Yup, they track all of the info...they are well aware by now of people trying to commit fraud. Glad they track it.

i've NEVER had an issue with SO warranty, either through a local dealer or corporate (via email)

i've never had to return broken tools to them

other truck brands i cant say the same thing....

one (that i know of) requires a returned tool to be "inspected, and deemed warrantyable" before a replacement will be sent.
