The full polished Craftsman reversible and the Armstrong version are both made in the USA.
Not all of Matco's ratcheting wrenches have USA stamped on them.:bounce:

I think Sata is more than a distribution company. Danaher states on their webiste that they have manufacturing capability in the US, Taiwan , and China. All of those Gearwrench tools made in the PRC have to come from a Danaher owned factory, I'm thinking Sata. I might be wrong but, I can see sata making tools for the Danaher line.

I had a 13mm pro swing. Box ring broke, send it in, matco sent me a bent pro swing. My new wrench is worse than the old one! The craftsman pro resemblance is uncanny I think, but the Matcos are longer than the craftsman ratcheting combos and they have the opti torque open end feature.

I'd take it to the Matco man for replacement.

I will in time. I got his info from Matco. Its hard enough chasing the truck in a car - I ride my bike to work!

call him. In this economy I would want to meet any and all prospective customers. Especially if they came to me.

I thought SATA were drive interfaces, like PATA. For hard drives and optical drives.
