Romex to thwn in junction box strain relief?

As the title says- I have new romex runs in the attic that go to a large junction box, then to thwn wires to the panel through pvc conduit.

Question: The romex can be secured to the box with the 2 screw type clamps,
and connected to the thwn solid with wire nuts.

What is the best / accepted way to ensure that there can be no strain on the thwn from the connection (wirenut) on down.

The only thing I can think of is to put the romex & thwn together side to side & tape them together then do the wirenuts.

Any better way to do this? The box is way oversize ( 10 x 10) so lots of room inside as I'm only doing 5 circuits.

If you pull enough thhn into the box you can roll it in the box like a flat wheel,the wire should stay in place and not pull down the pipe

with solid wire there isn't much of a need for strain relief, it holds it's shape well enough to stand on it's own unless there is 100 straight down. if you are really uptight about it you could screw a knob in the box and wrap the wire around it.

I'm thinking he thinks the weight of the wire in the pipe is going to pull the wire down and pull on the nuts

Its own weight and gravity!

Theres actually a fitting just for this application!

Ill have to look it up!

Not concerned about the weight of the thwn, just wanted it to have some sort of strain relief so when the electrican makes up the panel he doesn't
pull directly on the connection. Thanks for the ideas.

If the electrician knows what hes doing it shouldn't be an issue.
Make sure to leave plenty of wire for him.

if I remember right it needs to be every 4th story
so 3 storys or less dont need the **** plug
