Saturday took kids to monster truck rally in Lincoln.
Stopped by pawnshop to see what was on the shelf. Spied a nice Skil 77HD, worm drive circular saw for $40.
I would have bought at that price, but asked to plug it in, and when I did, it instantly fired up!
Girl at counter was kinda shocked and said, I'll sell it to you at a loss, and told me $20, out the door, saying she wanted the liability out of her store!
I could feel the switch sticking, so readily agreed!
Not sure I agreed with her logic, but I liked the way she thought!
