I was thinking of picking up this sawzall at Home Depot since it's $30 off right now, and notice there are two different ones, the 2620 and the 2621, but they both have the same HD SKU number? Checking my local store, it shows 2 in the inventory for each, but I'm wondering if they actually have a total of 4 (2 each) or just the 2?

Is one actually better than the other?

I took the 2620 back and exchanged it for the 2621. They of course couldn't do an even exchange, and the girl at the return desk was acting like I was trying to pull a fast one on her, seeing that I just bought it a few hours earlier

Thats funny considering Ive returned stuff literally minutes after buying it. I dont think Ive ever seen a returns cashier actually check the receipt for actual date/time of purchase.

They just scan the barcode and let the computer figure out if it should beep at me or not.

I've never had any problems before, but this time the woman opened the case and inspected everything, then proceeded to tell me about how people replace tools with bricks, return paint with cans filled with water, people returning used toilets etc. I got my exchange though :)

people do some messed up ****. just wait til you return something through the mail and get an email saying you returned phone books or a brick or something, and somebody along the way opened your box, and replaced it with something heavy.
