Finally ran across the new 300 lb-ft. version of the Ryobi 1/2" Impact. Decided "what the hell" and picked it up.

Since I just recently jumped on the Ryobi bandwagon - where did you get this one?
All I can find on ebay and amazon are 200 lb-ft units. Can I ask - how much you paid for it? The model number?

I want one!

Thanks!

Date code is hard to read but I'm going with 1977.

I was planning to hit Carlisle this week but the weather scared me off. :(

Wow ur good I can't even read that pic. Yes I looked really good at the bar and it seems to be 1977. Doesn't matter how old it is to me! Almost 40 years old and not bent all to hell seems like a good pry bar!

Bsaint and I are thinking alike.

Haha yea it was only a couple dollars more than online at TSC.

I also upgraded from industrial 3/8 interchange to automotive 3/8 interchange. Its a beefier fitting. Drains my home 9 gallon Emglo pretty quick. My 80 gallon Kellogg will love it.

You ****, I've been trying to buy that same exact driver for weeks, I'm about ready to order direct because I'm not having any luck with the truck guy.

Picked it up at Home Depot for $119. Ryobi Model P261. It seems they are slowly rolling them out to stores, but I think they may be trying to sell off the older version first. First one I saw and the store only had one (still had 5-6 older versions) which is why I decided to jump on it.

Are those tools brand new or used?

I am assuming you can tell that some of it is used, but as far as the snap on stuff, the red hammer is used but in good shape. The two green adjustables were supposed to be new, but one was used. Everything else that looks new was new before I opened them for the pictures.

Ahh okay. Btw all of it off of eBay?

Everything except the black handled 1/4" driver, that was from the truck.

I have a couple sets of green pliers coming next week as well. I try and buy new, sometimes I end up with a deal, sometimes I pay too much, green crack can be hard to pass up.

Nice. I try to get green tools whenever I can, just because they are different and other techs don't have them. But tools box I currently like a rainbow.

Runs like a top, needs a good cleaning and a new belt soon. Other than that it's pretty solid
You ****, congrats. I have been hitting all the farm auctions and yard sales for the last month or so and found nothing near that nice.

Cool you can do it with your dad too....wish I had that opportunity.

Thanks man, I wouldn't trade these times with my old man for the world. I hope this press will do well for metal work. It's a 113.21371, an I read that since it has a 1/4 inch or so V belt that it ***** for metal working

No pics. Dewalt corded drill, 115K replacing a B&D 18v battery non-powered...

Its like moving from a dollar store cap gun to a Kimber 1911… Sure, I have to make sure that its plugged in, but I'd rather have that hassle than have to figure out which of the 4 B&D batteries actually holds a charge.

Thanks for the info.
Sold by Bauhaus over here. I only saw the older version last weekend. Probably worth waiting for the extra 100 lb-ft.
