Please Help identify jack

Went over to my dads place today and I noticed he had his jack sitting out side, he told me it was leaking oil and that it wasn't working any more. So I took it off his hands lol.
Any body know what kind of jack this is? I know he's had it for a long time and I think the label it used to have said it was a 2 1/2 ton jack. Is it worth the rebuild??

Unlikely you will find a "Rebuild kit", more than likely will need to source parts individually.

If you have any Local shops you can simply take the seals in for replacement, if Not, Grab some calipers and take some measurements.

I just "tuned up" one just like that. The parts for these jacks are mostly the same across "brands". I think they're all made in the same factory in China.

Pump piston 18 or 20mm
Ram 32mm
If these are the sizes, kit is available.
