First of all, the customer service from mike is second to none. EVERY single piece I ordered and paid for was in the box that came to my house. NO errors. and the entire order of 3 pages of items was HAND written, quite neatly. Nothing pictured here has been put to any extreme test as i JUST got them but will be putting them to use at work. Anything you see that you would like a part number or a better picture of let me know..

the only complain thus far is that Mike gave me a really nice wren hand tools pen that is quite comfortable and was hoping for another in this order...but no pen

TO MIKE: I didnt get a pen like last order! WTF man!?

I guess I thought I would add what I got, I also got 4 or so more ratchets, but they are duplicates to give to my father.

What the hell is wrong ????

I mean Toptul seems to be really ok and I assume that Mike is a nice guy...but the Toptul stuff looks 1:1 to genius tools (also good) but everybody is moaning about them???!!!

first off....ive never used nor really heard of genius, so i cant compare, second...go into the vender reviews section and find a toptul discussion...not ONE person has a complaint about quality or price not one....
third...customer service from mike is so damn good that if he sold snapon at website price id probably buy from him instead of my local truck vender...

try and find that from genius

The ROTAR Group does allot of OEM work; I wouldn't be surprised if they make allot of the tools for many of the brands that we see out there...
http://www.toptul.com/
click on "about us"; then "rotar group" and they talk about their manufacturing and oem services.

I had some postings showing the insides of genius and toptul and I swear they are the same, hmmmm. As for flex heads or anything else toptul, I have just used the roto heads, I haven't used the flex heads as I have snap on flex heads. I just try to get things from toptul I don't have in snapon or they don't make. I might try a flex head next order. Sorry.

Vibratory finishing seems to be Rotars core competency, so they could very well be purchasing semi-finished ratchets elsewhere, then having them vibe finished and fully assembled within Rotar. Their line of tools, with the Toptul brand, was created from having the cooperation of a network of OEM's/ODM's/OBM's in Taiwan.

72 teeth on the swivels and they work great... from my other posting they are really strong and a large head that I think would take a nice cheater pipe and hold up really well. But since they are stubbies, with large heads on them, I would rather use a longer swivel ratchet or one of my 15 1/2 breakers before I put a pipe on one. Billymade the locking extensions do have a spring and as hard as I could pull I could never get the extension to come off with out pulling on the release. Work great. I would recommend all of the stuff, just add some RLL and you are go to go, as they are a little low on grease from the factory.

I don't know about the workers.....but I would love to try to eat my own body weight in Dim Sum.

I would look like Homer Simpson....
