And it could still hold a car.

Perhaps I can claim to be the smallest garage. My garage has dimensions of 3.7 x 6 meters (12.4 x 19 ft)

Some of these make my 10 x 20 feel pretty darn spacious!

If we park carefully, there's JUST enough room to squeeze out on the driver side, while leaving enough room to get our son into his carseat on the passenger side. Was very helpful through his first winter.

The floor is done, I have lights to put up, and then the plan is to build a workbench at the back with an overhanging top that will leave room for the car to tuck up underneath. As it is now, you can kind of see the tablesaw on the left, and the rails just clear the hood enough to sneak under. The saw will slide in under the left side of the bench. Then lots of cabinets and wall storage to get things up and off the ground. Floor space is definitely at a premium in small garages.

I think if I had one of these narrow aspects I d want to paint a mural in one wall of a HUGE parking lot or a meadow or some thug to make fu. Of its small size and at the same time kinda/sorta give the impression of more space.

On a side note, years and years ago I saw the worlds smallest work "shop" in a closet magazine. It was in the entry closet of an apartment. Bench top with tool box below, peg board on two sides, owner removed the dry wall on one side and had all sorts of stuff in stud space shelves on a side wall. Small vice and small drill press. Pretty impressive for a maybe 18" deep but 36 or 42" wide closet!

I would like to see if we can find a link to that.

8' x 18' is about the UK standard single garage. I have a 7' wide door on mine, and it's been extended slightly to match the front porch giving me and extra 18" or so in depth (from 18' to about 20').

I used to have a lathe, a pillar drill, a work bench, a roolcab tool box, a welder, 5 mountain bikes, 2 motorbikes and a VW Beetle in it. Needless to say, not much work got done in there.

The space in our current rental is a 16'7" x 8'6" single.

Thats similar to the size of my previous garage, a modern standard single garage in the uk is about 135 square feet. Some of the older ones were even smaller but then old British cars were mostly very small. The standard dims for my 1957 Ford 103e are 12'7" long by 4'8" wide.

I now have my 'dream garage' at 12'x23' !! thats double the space of my old garage at 275 square feet!

Both garages were built from concrete pre-fab sections. I have here the brochure from the company who put up my new garage.. the smallest garages they offer are.. design one 16'4" x 8'0" (130 sq ft) or design two 12'6"! x 8'6" (106 sq ft).. which is ok if you own a Fiat 500.

Heres my enormous 12x23 dream garage... so, whos got the smallest 'dream garage'? :D
