Gez I don't look at the thread for a while and I missed a bunch of new messages! Anyway...
Nice to have to work on the equipment that is supposed to help you work on the equipment, isn't it....oh well, now it's a beaut!
I think that's the way it is when you buy second had stuff your forever fixing it, but as I'm a cheep SOB I guess I will continue to repair it....
Wow William, it's great to see that you are still keeping this thread going. It's been over a year since I last visited and since then I have built my 50x100 based on A LOT of what you did. Good to see that you still haven't orginize your shop either, now I don't feel so lazy.
Keep up the good work.
Did you post your build here on the GJB? I will have to search it out....
Some day I will have to get more organized.... Oh hell it will never happen I guess I'm doomed to be a slob.
Very nice shop!
Any updates?
Thanks yes I have to get busy I have some stuff to post... Some more construction pictures, a few new project, and toys to add to the thread... I will try to get some more stuff posted soon...
How are the new helpers working out? Nice shop!
Well I'm not sure about the helpers part... maybe in a few more years right now they eat about all my time...
William,
Thanks for taking the time to share the shop, info and photos and a part of your life.
You have been doing an excellent job. Even making a few mistakes along the way and humble enough to share them.
Thanks
Dudley
Thanks for the kind thoughts, I'm still making plenty of mistakes! In fact I just made another in my latest project.... oh well nothing that a cutting torch and grinder can't fix up!
I really like the compressor rebuild. Well done.
I have to drag it out side and paint it, as the weather is getting warmer here, and some day as soon as we get a nice sunny day (before the bugs return). I did get most of the warning stickers from Quincy for it, but they wanted $64 for the large sized Quincy logo (with the orbiting electron look), so I'm going to do with out it.
William....
