Howdy,
Got a Challenger SA10 2 post about 6 months ago. After regular usage, the locks on one side engage slightly later than the other sides. I know the cables have to be adjusted, just looking for any one else who has done their's and what to look out for. Thank you

I have a Challenger and it's simple to adjust the cables. Place the carriages on the same lock level and adjust the cables until there is even tension on each cable. Run the lift up and down to check that the locks are in sync. There's no special tips or anything to look out for.

Yes. A pita. Can be done. Be patient and you can do it. ( helps to have extra hand when tightening set screw)

I don't know what your problems were but I didn't have any issues adjusting the sync cables. I found it to be very easy. Now if you're the type that needs to wear Velcro strap up shoes vs. standard lace up then I can see how you may have had to struggle. :)
