Overhead. I would suggest all one color extension cords (blue, perhaps? Something different than you're using now) all running back to one outlet. Unplug one, unplug all.

I built small dedicated shelves at the front of the garage to hold a Schumacher for each of the vehicles. Also hardwired the connections to the battery extended out the grill so they can be plugged in.

I plug mine into the outlets in the ceiling which are located near the door operators. The cords drop down over the vehicles and then I run them into the engine compartments.

When I disconnect them to take a vehicle out, I hang them over a nail on the nearest wall.

A friend of mine has his tenders wired in with a relay to his garage door opener, so when the light on the opener goes on it triggers the relay and turns all the tenders on for a predetermined time. It keeps all of his batteries up while not leaving them "live" all the time.

I do the same thing for my cordless charges, with a simple light timer. Got them plugged into a power strip that's on 2 hours a day.

why wouldnt you want a tender to stay on 24/7?
thats what they are for
if its overcharging the battery and cooking it theres a problem with battery or the tender.

Just a thought about leaving battery tenders connected to the battery when they aren't powered up..... Will the circuits in them cause a sacrificial load that draws down the battery?

I have 8-9 of them on various vehicles and leave them powered up all the time. No problems in over a decade of using them.

I've got a few of the 4 bank Battery Tenders and several singles. The 4 banks are mounted centrally in areas where stuff gets parked. I've made a bunch of charging lead extenders so they can reach all the vehicles in an area. The singles are used to handle stuff that gets moved to areas away from the 4 bank chargers.

Yes. Leaving a charged battery in a charger unplugged also draws it down.,
