TECO VFD drive fault

I have a TECO VFD I wired to my Leblond lathe. I set the parameters as required and ran it last night for a while with no problems. Tonight I went to use the lathe and the drive is giving a fault that I cannot figure out what it is. It's a 3HP VFD rated for 1Ph to 3Ph use. FWIW, the first one I got from them was bad right out of the box, it would not power up. This one powered up and worked fine to start with. I set it for a 5 second ramp up/down time at start up.
I tried powering the VFD off and then back on but it still gives a fault.

STPO = Zero Speed Stop, means it's stopped because the frequency is set at less than .1HZ.

It's stopped because you told it to, or set the speed too low.

Yep, I couldn't find anything about the code displayed.

I went back through the quick start guide and rechecked the parameters and it all looks right.

After I went back out and looked at the VFD I noticed the one beside it was blinking"60.00" and this one was blinking "00.00" I then figured out how o change it to "60.00" and it went to working. I did this after I rechecked the parameters I'd set before. I did notice the Seq light is lit on the other VFD and not this one. I'm not sure what that means....

I did get it run so I could machine out the fitting I needed.

In the gyms I do we put them on the 3ph big *** fans and they work well
