Orbital radial riveter? Anyone have any experience?

I am looking at purchasing some surplus equipment and they are offering an RN 381 Bal Tec Bracker Riveter. I have no idea if it is useful or worth anything. I saw some videos and went on ebay, I a not sure if there is a lot of value. Thought it could be an interesting addition to my shop, I was wondering if it might have more than one use. It is 3 phase, 460 volt (probably 230 as well). Any thoughts?

I guess no one has any experience with them? I offered $250 for the lot of stuff, they told me it has all been hanging around for over a month and he is about ready to scrap it.

Oh, I am sure I can find a use for it, just not now. The plan would be to resell it. They have crappy pictures and I am not allowed to take my own, because of security issues. I posted up questions on PM and got a few decent answers. It seems like it could be useful, but until I actually get to play with it I have no idea.

The short answer is I do not need it.
