no... but I hang them from chain.... ive already done half of my garage this way. just with t8 fixtures. it worked really well.

Designed for grid ceilings at "normal" heights of 8' to 10', (picture your typical office space). Light equivalent of about a 3 lamp T8 fixture.
Not typically hung, but hey....it's your garage.

I just bought flat LED panels from EBay - cheap,simple,easy instal flush with the ceiling.No heat and they never need changing!

I just bought flat panel led lights also 50 watt 5800 lumens at 83 cri. They mount with t bar also. I wanted flush as I am going to drywall and insulate. I love them. Those seem great and at a good price 5700 lumens and 55 watt. lots of light no power needed. At 109 seems like a great deal.

I actually have that style of light upstairs in my shop, not led's just four tube fluorescent. They do pretty good but don't have a wide area light spread. The reason I used this style is I already had them and didn't feel like buying something else.
