Not sure if these would be considered vintage...but too late... I'm posting them anyway.:p

My bosses girlfriend was off to the town recycling center with these.(Her fathers stuff I believe) He told her to swing by the job and see if I'd be interested in them.(He's well aware of my sickness)

Haven't had a chance to research them yet, but I'm thinking ...'60's? The saw cuts well, don't think it's had much use in it's life. Haven't tested the charger yet.

That saw looks almost new considering its age. And that charger, if it works, would be a nice old-school one to use for electrolysis action. Good stuff!

That saw brings back memories. A neighbor gave me an old craftsman like that after the switch stuck on and she thought it was unsafe to use... Well of course it was unsafe to use in that condition, but I used it to build my first table saw! Man I wish I still had that guy!

WOW. My father has that same charger. I remember seeing it since I was a kid. As someone else mentioned, it's great for an electrolysis tank.

My dad still uses his charger on an old tractor.

My dad has the same saw, and I've borrowed it when my Makita just won't cut it (pun intended). It's a beautiful saw, very planted and very powerful. With a nice blade on it your cuts will look factory. I used it to cut 4x8 sheets of 1-1/2" thick maple plywood for my workbenches and it didn't skip a beat. That's a lifetime tool right there, easily worth double what you paid for it ;)

Working in construction, I've had the opportunity to try a wide variety of saws. Even with the **** blade I was pleasantly surprised how smooth it cut. I'll put it to use as my home saw. Given the nice shape it's in, it just doesn't seem right to subject it to job site conditions. :)

It seems to work fine. Using for electrolysis was the first thing I thought of when I saw it. Great.... albeit strange....minds think alike..:D
