Actually they are Bi-Cuts, not bit cuts.
Any Wiha distributor should offer the Wiha special pricing. The link the other poster provided was to the Wiha distribution center in Minnesota. You can buy online from them or my personal favorite is KC Tools http://www.kctoolco.com.
The Wiha distribution center is across town from me but I get better pricing, faster order fulfillment and far superior customer service from KC Tools. KC Tools also offers a discount to GJ members.
