I wish my wife would do that. She probably even cleans them before putting them away. She's cute as hell too. :)

Holy cow she was annoying to listen to.

But the real question is why isn't she in the kitchen making me a sandwich? Lol

i'm respecting that fact that atleast she has a clue...even if some of the terms used maybe weren't exactly correct

Letting your wife organize your tool box ? HAND OVER YOUR MAN CARD !

I have organization (I am not a **** as most you guys).
  • Sockets, ratchets, extensions, etc. on the top
  • A drawer for pliers
  • A drawer for cutters and locking pliers (they won't all fit in drawer #1)
  • A drawer for SAE wrenches
  • A drawer for Metric wrench
  • A drawer for screwdrivers (straight screwdrivers with handles on the left, Phillips and Torx with handles on the right)
  • A drawer for hammers, files, etc

That was a lot less painful than I expected. She did a really good job with names and such considering her husband isn't much of a tool connoisseur.

I'd hate to see this guy if he allowed his wife to touch, much less asked her to organize his toolbox. Ridiculous.

On a side note, she's hot. And did you see the damn rock on her hand!?

i put these things here, and these thingies here. he uses these thingies also so i put them here. (ok so she doesn't say thingies, but she does have a very loose grip on what things are called).

..... i about had a fit of laughter halfway through when she said "here we have THE hammer"... one hammer? thats it? my wife is too smart to go out and try to move all my stuff around, i wouldn't be pissed at her, but she knows she would get the small lecture of "show me what this is, what it does and why it should go here". and if you don't know what it is, don't touch it type stuff. but she doesn't, so we don't

i'll be honest though the tools that guy had looked like he was just the typical DIY home guy. i had all those and more in the junk drawers in the laundry room and my wife uses the stuff whenever she needs it. no problem really, i just find it hilarious that she calls everything some odd name that doesn't fit. says she put all the cutters in one spot, but put dykes in with pvc and tube cutters and didn't put them with the pliers and other dykes that were in another drawer... probably because they didn't match lol

Tools?

I didn't see any tools in that video....

thats cause he was inside folding her laundry right then.

he probably has to ask to get into the toolbox and she inspects it when he gets done to make sure its all in the right place. then when he gets go out and have a playdate with his buddies to talk about what tires they saw at sears the other day, she lets him have one of his balls in a little purse but keeps the other just in case.

So wrong? She asked his permission, and got his priorities as well.

Good video edits to eliminate dead space. Spent about 2x to 3x as long talking per drawer as necessary. I did lots of mini jumps forward to the next drawer.

Craftsman drawer liner costs about 3x what Wally World drawer liner does, and it is the same stuff. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Duck-20-x-6-Select-Easy-Liner/16486833

I saw nothing of interest, that is, nothing I didn't already know. With Ernst wrench organizers and HF socket organizers my box I'm not going back to laying everything out and taking up so much space.

I won't rag on his tool box or tools. Everybody's gotta start somewhere. Not everyone inherits boxes and boxes of tools like I did.

I really liked the video and thought she did a really good job. I do agree however you shouldn't let your wife or girlfriend organize your tools and we won't organize there makeup or clothes.

Dear Lord! No matter how hard that I tried to avert my eyes, I just couldn't stop watching. Like a train derailment or freeway pile up.....I just had to keep looking! At first, I thought it'd be a sad video where she was pissed and trashed his box and and all the **** in it. Upon watching the entirety of the clip...I believe that destroying them (puny as they are) would have been a far more nobler and honorable fate.

My wife not only puts tools away where they belong but goes to get them as well.

I can sit on a stool by the car working and she can go get anything so I do not have to get up. She brings me beer and tasty snacks.

Getting up off your fat asses to get your own tools does not make you manly.

The woman in the video is an asset, not a problem.

She called his tools "Little" and "Petite" and "Teeny-Tiny"!:shocking:

No woman should ever call a man's tools by those names!:willy_nil

A lot of them were very small:dunno:......poor guy!

Near the end she was all agog that he had THREE drills!!!:lol_hitti

I agree completely. I, unfortunately, have some issues with my legs that can make it difficult to work on things. My wife will often come outside (or wherever I am) and help me with whatever I'm working on. She'll get and pass me tools, hold things and generally make herself very useful. We've been together a little over ten years. In that time she has gotten very handy, helpful and she could probably put a few guys to shame with her abilities.

AGREE......man card has been pulled. Plus the dude didn't even have a bunch of tools. He could have done this himself in like 15 min. She had a nice smile though.....

She seems nice. She's hot, the voice is not that bad, and the eyes have that batshit crazy "drill it until your junk breaks off" look. I'm really not seeing the problem here.

On the other hand, if the husband had kept his box locked like a good little boy, this wouldn't have happened.

She bought him the toolbox, bought him some of the tools as gifts (and the liner and little boxes/trays too), told him it was time to organize the box since he'd gotten more tools (and he agreed and asked her to help), repeatedly noted how there's room for more tools to come - don't see any issues here. Some guys (me included) would all but give a left nut for a friendly, energetic, crazy-eyed cutie like her that encouraged tool buying.

One other note - she's as obsessed with organizing as many of us are with tools - 20 of over 40 of her YouTube vids have "organize" in the title! So we all oughta be able to identify there...

"petite" screwdrivers :spit::spit::spit: Gotta luv it!
