my local D-I-B hardware store did that last year. huge display in the middle of the store, all you had to do was buy a channellock tool to get entered. they gave away a workbench loaded with channellock tools. said every store was doing the promo. also told me it was the last day, and I was only the 3rd entry...I didn't win...maybe this time... : )
