Anything that is a must have deal from this place? Some of the Apex bits seem interesting but the website is a real drag to browse. It would be much better if the pictures would load for all of the products on the page.

EDIT: Never mind just had to clear the cache after clicking the link above, now works fine.

Trying to explore and look around for things to spend money on is quite a painful experience on this website, I can now see why they need to offer discounts and free shipping to use this website.

This 20% is great. it ends on 7/2. I am in need of about 1k of stuff from Enco. Just wondering if they usually throw big 1 day sale for the 4th. I havent dealt with enco very often. Just trying to figure out how large of a discount they put out there. What are your guys opinions on a 25 or 30% discount for the 4th. Or is 20% usually the max. Thanks

I don't recall ever seeing 25% and free ship, but maybe. 20%, free shipping AND no minimum is as good as it gets IME. Maybe there was once 25% and free shipping, but I don't remember it. Been shopping w Enco regularly since 2006.

edit: everyone bitching about the website, you just have to go thru the Hot Deals flyer. I only use the website for oddball end mills, decimal size reamers etc.

I think I've seen 25% off with a high minimum on free shipping but if someone is spending $1K then that's not a problem.

I totally agree with previous comment that 20% with no minimum of free shipping is awesome.
You can order the silly stuff that you wouldn't normally justify like getting a 4oz bottle of blue dykem sent to your door for $5 (half the price of Amazon) or getting a small amount brazing flux, a couple of odd fasteners and rag
s.

I am one of those people whining about the web site (it is painful to use) but if you download the master PDF catalog, it makes it much easier.

I just enter something in search that's a pretty close match and then pull up the PDF of the catalog page and then browse that section of the catalog.

I've seen 30% off, but 20% and free shipping is pretty much my "buy a whole pile now!" discount point. I'd order some now if I didn't just receive an order last week from a prior similar deal.

Got some rags, a Wera insulated screwdriver and some Ideal strippers. I feel pretty good about that for 25$ shipped.

I ended spending too much (well not very much) but man did i get some obscure things that I've had on the list that I could never justify getting because of normal shipping cost's.

On top of that, Also getting things that never go on sale @ 20% off.

I kind of feel bad as I did a couple of different orders because I kept remembering things I needed after putting an order in, well because it was free but then seeing there were hazardous material being shipped separately they had to do multiple shipments. I really hope they saved money and tried to ship everything together that wasn't hazardous.

I wouldn't worry... In one order I bought two boxes of rags, a screwdriver and a wire stripper and they sent the Rags separately so I got two individual boxes of rags delivered, and they haven't shipped the screw driver and the strippers yet but I half expect each to be in it's own little box! They must be ok with the shipping as they'd voluntarily split such an order up.

As of yesterday July 4th the codes where still working, so I pulled the trigger on a Noga dial indicator holder with the fine adj at the base. :)

I have had luck with a few places not changing the codes until the next business morning they are open. Duluth trading was like that as well.

I am seriously considering those rennsteigs. I spent way too much last week and I still wanted to buy some more things. I don't need them yet, so it is not a rush, Enco will definitely have a sale again.
