I have that wrench. Part of me wants to have a use for it one day but then I don't know what I will be wrenching on at home with a wrench that big.

So all this is new to me. I was on Facebook in one of those classified sites and someone had posted up that they had some tools and to come by and take a look. It sounded right up my alley. I got the address and headed out. This is what I ended up with. If you want more details check out the garage sale thread.

Kmart down the block from me is closing up shop. They had 20% off everything. Found this stick light for $4 figured why not.

Only thing I didn't like is it uses 3 AAA battery. Would of preferred 2AA or 3.

I want more of these now. But only found one. I know there are other brands out there.

I'm currently restoring a Hammond organ and figured after desoldering approximately 300 wires, that it was time to get a new soldering station (before I solder them back).

This is one of those tools that I have put off upgrading for YEARS for no good reason. I've been using an old radio shack model since I was about 10 years old:

Hakko FX888D. Seriously, why did I wait so long? This thing is amazing and it does a fantastic job. I was really impressed by the quality this model offers. It only cost $100 but has the construction quality you'd expect from a $300 iron. It looks like a Fisher Price toy, but don't let it fool you. It's a great piece. This has been one of the most satisfying tool purchases I've ever made. Absolutely no buyers remorse. If you solder much at all, you owe yourself a Hakko station.

I found that same little light in my local Kmart for $4 too. I really like it. I can clip it in my pocket and the magnet is fairly strong. If you're looking to get more for cheap check Sears online in the local ad section. I've seen them in different colors in the $4 price range.

FantaSKtic !

Did the screwdriver holders come with the drivers or did you have to buy them separate ?

The holders came with them, they don't do the greatest... Will get replaced with magnetic rails whenever I get around to getting a decent tool chest.

Also, the 60pc 1/4" set ran about $200 and right at $160 for the 3/8" set for the person that asked.

Also a pair of Engineer screw removal pliers, and I found someone with 1/4" SK tuff 1 ratchets so got one and a 10" extension.

Those are Badass. Is there a way to isolate sets from all 5232 items :). I tried searching setsaand only five or six popped up. Thnx

I just search by part number ie RS2400MZ. I-tools doesn't necessarily have everything, but you can search all of Rakuten as well. There are other sellers that have Ko-ken products.

If you still can't find it you can look at Frank's tools or level chrome though their pricing isn't as good.

You are going to love those pliers, they are hands down some of the best money I have ever spent. I bought a few other pairs and I also bought a pair made by Merry.

Wow those pliers are cool! I've never seen anything like them, AND they're name is a Japan-o-fied dinosaur. I'm totally gonna get a pair.

You will not regret it, I have used them several times on pan head screws that were stripped. They grab like you welded them on. If only they made some that worked for countersunk screws. :headscrat

That's what I'm hoping, fed up of using vise grips to get small screws out.

Picked up a set of SAE Craftsman extreme grip wrenches (also known as speed wrenches). I know you professional nut twisters hate these, but I just got them for fun; they match the metric set I already had so wtf....

I also got this super-bright LED not-Craftsman 19.2 volt flashlight that fits the Craftsman 19.2 volt batteries. This thing has crazy bright LEDs but the head adjustment is not super-friendly.

It appears that these flashlights are made for a variety of systems, DeWalt, Milwaukee, etc.

You will love the c3 stuff got the c3 system couple years ago. Dont have all the acc. yet but working on it.

Nice!

I saw that set on my SO truck last week. What did you pay for it, if you don't mind me asking?
