Ir 2115 replacement?

Anything heard about an upgrade to go along with the 2235?

I need to replace my 14.4 v 3/8 and am looking at options. So far it looks like mg325 or 2115. Don't really want to pay $600 for an 18v at the time

Do you feel like it's cheap as in the overall quality of the tool or do you feel like because it's plastic I know itS scary I'm just kidding. I understand your point that they do feel a little cheap in the hands but I find that the performance and the weight reduction is so much worth the slightly cheaper feel and when you get used to it The power to weight ratio really show they have out performed everything else I've ever owned in the 3/8 realm and stronger than some brand name 1/2" guns

The 2115TiMAX feels perfect in your hand, the grip, weight and balance are really nice. If I'm not using my cordless at home, that is my first choice to pick up, unless I know that the application will require a 1/2". As far as future development goes I can't really say anything. (well, I could tell you but then I'd have to......)

I not the greatest judge I've drank a bit of the IR Koolaid but Using them professionally I have had zero issues the composite and weight was a little weird at first they have grown on me they are most powerful air tools in our shop

Yep cheap as in quality. You can bend the ratchet and hear it creak in your hand. No thanks
