Intercooler pressure relief valve

Need to replace the pressure release valve on the intercooler between the low and high pressure pistons, on a rolair k30. What pressure setting for the valve?

You're talking about the Italian-made Chinook K-30 series pump here (which I have on a Snapon 2-stage). Assuming that you have the standard final pressure range of 145-175psi or thereabouts, I'm pretty sure that the interstage relief pressure setting is approximately 75psi.

If it blows after you replace it, you have a valve problem and will have to pull the pump head.
