When You Cross A Control Joint?

I wont have a choice, I will have to cross a control joint... what
do you do... tube over the pex?

Yeah that is what they did to the slab for my place. Poured and saw cut. Nothing was done to teh pex that I noticied.

How big is your shop/garage? Do you have a boiler yet, if so what brand and
size? I've been doing some research but I'm still unsure

I put some pipe insulation around. It was recommended by a friend who built a radiant house. It was cheap and quick insurance. Here is a pic.

Didn't realize they had insulation for pex. I will have to check into that as I am going to insulate the heat pipes and water pipes. I'm use the white fiberglass stuff though, like you see on commercial buildings. It's way more $$ (about $30 for a 10 ft stick), but I don't have a ton to do so not a big deal.
