New for me from Ryobi

I just got this as well. MAN is it great. More than enough torque on my lug nuts. Haven't used it for anything else yet. I couldn't find it at any of the home depots around me and had to take to ebay. Found a seller who was listing it with free shipping for cheaper than home depot was listing it. It'll probably be cheaper after Thanksgiving, but when I want something. . . .

Anyway, great buy! I know there's not a lot of love for Ryobi around these parts, but I love it. As long as you get the right tools (they have a MILLION. . .and this impact wrench is the RIGHT TOOL), Ryobi is great!

Auction find today, Baldor 333b and stand...$95. I don't think it was ever used, buffing wheels have no rouge on them and thing is perfectly clean.

Wow... I've been cruising for a nice used Baldor for a long time. Great grab.

Bought the last US made Husky 1/2" torque wrench at the Redlands HD. The new Chinese made versions were on top. I needed a half inch for a suspension job so I figured I would try one. Don't think I would use it to build an engine but it should be fine for this job and at $84.00 it was half the cost of a P.I. wrench.

Picked up a 6 pack of Proto Duratek screwdrivers from wallmart.com sold by zoro. Paid 53$ 50$ of which was a gift card from my credit card company from rebate points. I think I got a good deal.

I would agree  Those have quickly become my favorite screwdrivers. I do wish that Proto had the cooler handle colors like Mac's.

I like the grey Proto handles better, then for some inexplicable reason I ordered a set of orange MAC's :headscrat

Chilly, that's beyond "you ****" all the way to "fawk you!"

Ditto. I was going to post a "you ****" but a "fawk you" is more appropriate in this case. Nice score! Hopefully one of them will turn up in my neck of the woods for under a c-note someday.

I have the Williams Taiwan version of that 3/8" ratchet and it is my favorite and most used ratchet.
I bought the blue point version off the truck for $50. The saw that the Williams is like 25 or 30. The blue point is 35 tooth, Williams is 60. That is some serious ********. It's cus they don't want you to like it so much you don't buy the dual 80. **** blue point. At least snap on is some of the best. Blue point is like buying gearwrench or Williams or Blackhawk but 3 times the price

I'm not bothered about the ratchet because I'll be using a Snap On one, I only bought the set because I start a new job next month and as its only a short contract I can't be bothered taking all my Snap On stuff.

Local true value was having a sidewalk sale. Snagged mostly USA stuff except for the masterlock and freud. Got it all for $17 so not too shabby.

Recent purchases from Amazon and the bay. Wilde picks (thanks Hot Deals), step drill, Channel Lock 215's (things HUGE!), tiny Knipex, and a barely used if ever MAC 1/4" Ratchet.
