I paid $26.88 yesterday but the Mobil 1 rebate is back. I'm sending mine in today for $12 x 2.
Just a quick note: Walmart is not on the list of participating realtors.

That list says "some" participating retailers include... There is a button to search for retailers by location, and Walmart is listed. I purchased from WM this year and last year and received both rebates.
Hmm, I'll have to check this out. I normally buy QS Full Syn for my Chevy Sonic (which is currently at the dealer with a blown head gasket at 31k under warranty), and that usually has a $20 rebate with it, but I'll have to try this Mobil with WM.

Prices do vary. Other side of town its 23.88 on Mobil 1 all weights then next town on the upper class it's 26.88. About 8 miles apart.

Filling out one for a family member with their name, and address, isn't "cheating". The import is that both rebates went nowhere. Merely a warning. Again ymmv.

Right. There is a search option on the rebate page and my local Walmart shows up for my zip code.

Well, glad I am wrong. I was just trying to look out for people. I've been burned on rebated in the past and always try to read the fine print.

Regarding the rebate, I mailed 2 in at two different times for 2 different addresses. Never heard back on either. YMMV but I wouldn't count on it.
You can check the status of your rebate(s) by using this link:

If for some reason it says "no submission was found", email Mobil at the address below.

My rebate from this year wasn't showing up so I emailed them. They just had me send a copy of the receipt and rebate form. I just got the check last month. Hopefully you made copies of everything.

Bought 2 jugs from Walmart, sent in the rebate form, and got my check for $24.00 in about 2 months. Make sure you keep a copy of the receipt and the rebate form in case there is a problem.
