Old Alemite Benches

Here are a couple of what I believe are old Alemite Benches coming up for auction. Anyone have any thoughts, comments or value ideas. Thank you.

Let me know where I should meet you to pick it up. I'll be in Fort Worth in a couple of weeks. How many do they have? Good find.

I've seen them go between $1,500 and $3,500 it all depends who's at the auction and how deep their pockets are. You do realize by posting here you probably increased the pool of bidders.

After you outbid everyone else, you can come back and tell us what they were worth

Number 89 sold for $161. I was holding out for number 150 as I thought it be in better condition. It was removed from the auction on the last full day of it despite having bids. **** auction company if you ask me.

Yeah, me too, but until I joined this site, I didn't know I wanted one so bad.

Same here. I see these Alemite and Lincoln workbenches on this site and decide I really want one. My job is dealing with auto repair shops all day. I go into one of them about a year after seeing these benches on here and the owner has a nice example of an unrestored Alemite at the back of his shop. I asked if he would sell it. The owner says he wants to keep this one because he sold one just like it the day before for $500. I'm still trying to get him to let go of the remaining one for $500.
