Is there a way to link pics in your GJ gallery to a post?

Yeah after I posted this question I found the FAQ tab and managed to get some results after I tried everything on the search function.
So I'm doing everything like is posted in the FAQ section and am still getting an invalid file error when I use the manage attachments button while creating the post. I think I may just make a post with a little info and then a line to go and see my gallery.

The images are in an album on GJ?
What I do is open another tab for GJ, then go to my album and open the pic I want - then I right click, go to properties and copy the HTML tag, then go to the reply box, click on the little picture - when the dialog box opens, paste in the HTML code and click OK.
Edit: LB1911, I didn't realize you'd posted a link to where I'd written this info before!
