I've been working on my garage for several months. It's now complete with the exception of an old gas pump.

Great looking garage! I agree with rsanter your not done, your a guy you will never be done lol. I love the traffic light, been looking at them on Ebay lately thinking about ordering one up. Do you have the lights setup up so they would change as they did when in service?

yes, the traffic light is set up to operate normal. I have it set for 15 seconds on red then 15 sec on green and 2 sec yellow before going back to red.
Just bought a parking meter and now I'm looking for a old gas pump.

Nice job! Looks good, I hope that is not a Closed Circuit Television with the wife looking at you-LOL

So are you thinking of putting up the second traffic light that I spy in lower left of the first picture?

Welcome to the zoo MT - garage looks great, love the pictures - do I see a picture of your C6 at Bowling Green? Did you opt for the Museum delivery?

One question - is that Race Deck tile? How is it holding up under the lift rollers? I thought about Race Deck but wasn't sure if it could hold up to the rollers on my Handy Lift for the Harley.

And one comment - I'm going to have to call B/S on the "My Garage is DONE!" I think you will find, and that most of the guys and gals on GJ will agree, that a garage is NEVER completely done - trust me, you'll find more you want to do!

Excellent job on your "start" though! :)

That's very nice but I have to echo the not "done" cries.

What happens is that you stand back and tell yourself it's done. Then you have a beer or two and wander around, getting under the wife's feet for a few days and feeling kinda lost.
THEN you have an idea for the garage (car/project whatever) and start again.
You also start smiling again.

Great looking garage MThomas. I noticed that you are in Columbus Ohio. There are quite a few members from there. Also PM sent.

Nice! However, I beg to disagree with the title of this thread! I don't think you are EVER done with your garage... There will always be something you will buy for it whether it be a tool etc.

Scarlet & Grey floor, GO BUCKS.

I will have to think of doing that floor when I build my garage. We bought a place 5.5 miles into "that state up north" and named the homestead Buckeye Hill.

Rte66Charlie....Yes I did do the museum delivery. I also went down and watch the corvette being built.

As for the race deck, I placed some 1/4" steel under the wheels to keep from damaging the race deck. Rack Deck is great.

If it is his wife, and she is like my wife, she's probably saying, "Are you going to come into the house sometime today?" :lol_hitti

Great job, it looks awesome.

I don't have a wife however the GF is always watching TV in the house so I find myself in the garage all the time. Life is rough!!! lol
