Race Deck on Wood Flooring

Hi Guys,
Long time lurker, first time poster.

My questions is in regards to Race Deck flooring. I am having a small 10x20 workshop/shed delivered. It is going to be placed on a crushed/leveled stone foundation with an insulated floor. Floor is 3/4" T&G SmartFinish Floor.

Everywhere I search I get mixed opinions with regards to Race Deck flooring for wood floors. I emailed the company and they said it was ok for use. Had anyone used Race Deck on their shed/workshop floors with no negative/moisture impacts to the original flooring?

Put down a liner and you should be fine.

If your concern is about the moisture wood release's, RaceDeck is suspended 1/2"" and channeled underneath which allows air to flow

Works Great. Just install it while its HOT and make sure you leave additional expansion and contraction room. Leave the tiles in sun before installing.

What is the goal of the tile?

The goal is to protect the plywood floors from spills,stains, etc. There is a possibility of parking a small 2 door vehicle during the winter as well.

Not the direction I would go, at least if you have constant spills. If you leave something on the floor long enough it will go through the cracks

What about a mat? You could lay the mat under the "leaking" area of the vehicle or cover the whole floor.

Mats work ok over wood but they should be glued down. We did some testing with Rust Bullet for an company that wanted a better floor and they liked it a lot.

A gallon and two quarts would work. We did have to sand the 'paper side' lightly but we had no adhesion issues

There is one on GJ over concrete. I have some others but do not have permission to share yet. Trying to recall who that was that did the clear. On here
