I got an email about a "NEW" tool forum at Craftsman.com

When I went to check it out I saw 10,000 posts in one section. I also saw some familiar names.

How long has this actually been around?

It's new, I think the original posters were probably people testing the forum.

That forum has been around for several years. One of the most frequent posters, Adam, is a pmt at Sears. I started posting there several years ago myself.

Yes, it has been around for years; I was a member there before here, but as Andy says it is a dedicated Craftsman site and I am interested in all quality brands...

I started there about 6 months ago. A guy posted 2 complaints about Sears and they were deleted, so someone monitors the messages.

Adam is no longer a PMT. He is now in sales. I have met Adam several times at the Sears store he works in, which is a few minutes from where I live.
