i have to find the outside photos....

46' wide x 27' deep, three bays, two 10x10' doors and one 10'x16' door.
9k 2 post lift, shop air, screw drive door openers, 200 amp power, 100k btu Hot Dawg gas drop heater, 70k btu 97% furnace hvac upstairs with 18 seer AC central air unit & air filter. 7.5hp Quincy AC compressor, Mig welder, upstairs is 46' wide split into three rooms, 19' deep. Anderson 400 series e4 windows, Metal roof, 5" gutters...always a work in progress.

Thanks, we've done some more work downstairs too, but it won't ever have finished walls downstairs, wasn't much of a concern.

It has r-4 1" foil/foamboard around the entire exterior, r13 Ultratouch insulation in all upstairs walls and downstairs wall around the staircase, r30 Ultratouch insulation in ceiling and attic area "some areas double layered", and r4 foil/foamboard in attic closet areas that hold in the r30 insulation. Its more buttoned up than either of my last two houses.
