After a couple hours of searching I figured i would ask the experts. Does anyone know where i can buy these pliers? I have been told K&L Supply but i can not find them anywhere on their website or in the catalog.

Don't know about these exact pliers. They look like snap ring / retaining ring pliers. I have an inexpensive pair made by Channel Lock that comes with multiple, interchangeable tips.

Those are loop bending pliers. I use some extensively, have been using Knipex lately as the best I can get, as my application is tough on them. There are numerous cheaper makes, many jewelers supplies have them for soft metals. Snap-on made some, but only in one size for electrical/electronics use. Many german and japanese makes of them, again, mostly for soft metals in jewelry.

Don't know where you can get those exact ones in your photo.

I have a snap on set of snap ring pliers including a set with interchangeable tips but i have had to steal the Kowa pliers out of my boss's tool box on multiple occasions and I am a firm believer in if you need a tool more than once you should own it. I am open to other brands. I did find some jewelers pliers that look similar but most of them crimp instead of open and the pictures are always so small that i cant tell for certain if its what im looking for.

Nope. Refer to the posts that they are snap ring pliers.
Chain nose pliers used by jewelers CLOSE when you squeeze the handles.
These pliers OPEN when you squeeze the handles.

These appear to be model number KL-7-17.
The only sources i could find were dealer only.
It seems Snap-on Business Solutions is the channel for Kowa Seiki service tools in the USA.

You're right, I didn't look close enough to see how they operate, just looked at the jaws.
