Has anyone ever had a ladder shipped? Been wanting to get a 32' Werner fiberglass and with the 20% off and free shipping, it's almost $100 less at Zoro than Home Depot.

I bought a Werner 16' podium ladder from HD that was shipped to my home. It came direct from Werner and was handled by a freight company. It arrived in great condition, and I did take a close look at it before signing to accept delivery. I'm betting that is a typical experience because it's too big for UPS or Fedex to handle.

I bought an aluminum 28' from them. First was damaged, but didn't notice for a few days . Zoro was great about it. Second wasn't perfect, but it was acceptable.

For the $100 savings, I think I'll give it a shot. Will call them first to inquire what their return/damage policy is because I know I won't be home when it's delivered. And unfortunately, the Mrs isn't going to want to inspect a 32' ladder.
i bought a 28' from zoro last year. it was fine other than missing one side of the balance or level adjustment pin. Zoro offered to ship a replacement, i said no are you crazy - for such a huge item and small part. Werner ended up sending me the missing pin.

Are you saying Zoro has 30% off code during Black Friday ?
They have done 30% in previous years (2013, 2014), they used to do 40% off for Black Friday, but I haven't seen that since 2012.
