Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about certain brands of hanging propane garage heaters?

I am just about to pull the trigger on a Modine PDP but figured I'd check with the experts first ;-)

Looking to get a 150,000+ BTU unit for my 40x72 space. Man I wish I had natural gas out here in the country..

Top tier of brands:
. . . . .Reznor UDAP or UDAS (separated combustion), Sterling Garage Guy, and Modine Hot Dawg

Next tier includes:
. . . . Beacon Morris (Menards private label of Sterling), Mr Heater Big Maxx (lots of GJer's have been happy with these low cost heaters sold at Northern Tool, Lowes, etc)

Others that I'm likely forgetting !! ;)

My 75k Dayton has been flawless for 8 years. I have it set up for natural gas and on a thermostat in my attached garage. I believe Dayton gas furnaces are made by Sterling, or by the same company that makes Sterling heaters.

One of our large local HVAC distributors recently dropped Reznor as a brand they carried, reason was Reznor had been bought by Nordyne and they didn't want to keep selling it and deal with warranty issues as the quality dropped to Nordynes level.
