This is more of a ask for help them at the moment. I had 2 Aluminum Rads come into the shop today with holes in the (what i will call) the grill they have cut the fins out and crimped the ends and wanted me to TIG them up.
Here is were my issues comes up, The stuff is thinner then Toilet paper and i just chase and chase the darn thing. If i had a Pulsed Tig this might not be an issue, sadly i do not.
I have 4043 and 5356 rods from 1/16 to 1/4 at my disposal as well as tungsten's from 1/16 to 1/4 In EWP EWTh-2 EWCe-2. I have Pure argon and sadly no access to helium.
Any help would be great, I will see if i can get some pictures of them and the 3 holes you can look right though them.
