Does anyone know what the difference(s) are between the two models, other than the fact that the D26451 is .5 lb heavier?

Both are 5" in size
Both are single speed
Both are random orbit
Both draw 3 amps
Both operate at 12,000 rpm
Both have a 3/8" orbit diameter
Both have dust bag
Both have a hook and loop pad

The DWE6421 has the following feature missing from the D26451:

"Counterweight design reduces vibration for improved comfort".
