Kraeuter #15 - 1932; (72 pages)
Bonney #26 - 1925; (39 pages)

Very cool resource. Do you have any old stuff like Goodell-Pratt, Brown and Sharpe, Athol Machine Co, or the like?
Not yet. We're planning to expand into the machinery domain later on, but I'm trying to get up to speed on the hand tools first. Always willing to accept donations though! It is designed to be a community contributory site rather than a single person trying to do everything.

There's "something for everyone" lately on the site. I've uploaded plenty more tools and catalogs, been working feverishly on the "Todd's Research" area including key drop forgers covering Moore, Storms, Page-Storms, Western Forge, etc., some Plomb updates, S-K/Lectrolite, and on and on. Click on "Recent Updates" to see what I've been working on. Some interesting info if you're a tool history geek like me!!!

I have loaded a few more cats lately. Also, we're working on another project to document manufacturer brands and contract production, ultimately documenting the tools produced under each category. Please take a look and recommend additions as you see stuff we're missing. You can simply reply here or via my site. Thanks!! Todd

Some more catalogs uploaded lately:
1929, 1930 and 1932 Western Auto Tool Pages
1955 Lectrolite Catalog
1951 and 1957 Bonney Catalogs

On the front page, you'll also see I'm doing an extensive study on Manufacturers, their brands and for whom they produced tools. Comments would be greatly appreciated!

Ok Bonney fans. I've uploaded 1960, 1963, 1970 and 1977 catalogs. I have 1961 but skipped it because it's word for word, page for page, picture for picture identical to 1960.

Enjoy! Todd

All,
I spent most of the day at the Smithsonian's archives and scanned a TON of catalogs. Keep watching "Recent Content" on my site as I continue to upload. I doubt I'll get to them all but I'm working on it.

EDIT: some images appear to not have converted over. I had to move so fast..............there were soooooooo many catalogs I didn't know what to do with myself!

Enjoy! Todd

Ok folks, just to give you an update. I've uploaded several new catalogs recently. Rest assured though, I've not been sitting on my hind quarters when it comes to procuring catalogs! I have 4 more to scan from the generous collector I mentioned earlier:

  • 1958 MAC
  • 1956 Armstrong
  • 1934 Billings
  • Williams Industrial Edition - Unsure of Year

On top of those, over the coming months you can expect (at least) the following that are sitting here on my desk......unfortunately (well, fortunately) work is crazy right now so I don't have much spare time to sit down and scan catalogs.........but they're coming. If you folks want to vote on preferences (the 4 above are first as I've had his catalogs for too long already), let me know:

  • 193? Cornwell
  • 1956 Wright
  • 1958 Wright
  • 1947 P&C
  • 1963 Bridgeport
  • Blackhawk W-203M - NB Era, No Baldies, Lock-On still present
  • 1956 Proto
  • Champion DeArment - Unknown Year
  • 1956 Bonney Transmission Tools
  • 1951 Bonney Industrial
  • Cincinatti Tool Co. (Hargrave) - Unknown Year
  • 1972 S-K
  • 1947 Utica
  • 1947 Keystone Mfg. Co.
  • 1953 Fleet
  • Stoked! - 1953 H-P Tools (Little Hint, "P" Stands for Penn)
  • 1953 Champion DeArment
  • 1954 Erie Tool Works
  • 1957 Erie Tool Works
  • 1956 Champion DeArment
  • 1953 Crescent Tool Co.
  • 1960 100th Anniversary Kraeuter Tool Co.
  • 1975 Channellock, Inc
  • 1991 Channellock, Inc
  • Tons of Channellock Brochures

Twertsy good job, if I had my vote I would love for any and I mean any information about cornwell in the 1930's. I have yet to crack any of their date codes and any information helps me out.

Good job keep up the good work.:thumbup:

I'm anxious to see that one too, for the same reason. Should be here tomorrow.

Todd’s Tool Archive site crashed some years back and is no longer viable. Most of the catalogs that he scanned are available on Internet Archive. You might try a search there. Welcome to the Garage Journal.
