Lowes clearance on black/white VCT

The closest stores that I see to you that have a low price and some stock are in Rome, W. Marietta and Madison.

I picked up 500 ft just before Christmas at around .23/ft. Haven't had a chance to put them down yet

Reviewing Lowes site it appears they only go towards the clearance price once the qty on hand drops to a certain level. The local stores have them for $.12 but only have 0-40 on hand, if I expand my search I find stores within 50 miles with a few hundred in stock, but the price jumps to $.69 each. Might still do this as I've been looking at it for a while.
